The two young guys at the front who we paid our money to & gave us our shoes were very chill & nice. But the girl in the back who were taking the orders seemed nonchalant. My friends ordered some pizza so everyone could share from. One of them ordered cheese bits, another ordered a grilled cheese and I ordered a chicken tender kids meal. My friend with the bits waited at least 45mins for them to be done. She even went over to the counter to see if they were finished right when I was about to order. We both saw them but they said they were getting them ready. And my other friend with the grilled cheese ordered after me. We waited for about 35mins for our food. My friend with the bits got her food right before I got mine and then my other friend got her grilled cheese. The chicken was dry & the fries were very salty. I thought I would get my drink before I get my food because my friends got theirs before their food. I went to ask where my drink was and was told that I get it with my food. When I did get my food he thought that I had it already but I told him that I never got it. Overall I had a fun time bowling I just wouldn’t waste my time or money trying to order any food front this place. It just seem like everyone isn’t on the same page as to what needs to be done or they just don’t care. I’m rating it a 2 for the very slow service but a 5 for the bowling experience with my friends.
I like Brunswick for bowling, it’s always pretty clean, and has a lot of lanes and of course your black light “Cosmic Bowling”. Definitely would come here again.
Home ofntge Petersen classic, the bar staff is finally catching on to the fact that to bowl the Petersen you have got to have some liquid courage in ya (it doesn't help your game but will definitely help your pride)
We had a nice experience as a family. We went with over 20 friends and family. Staff at this location was very friendly. Food is ok, and we didn't expect it to be anything more.. the place was pretty clean and organized. I believe it is a family-oriented place. Other guests were also friendly and respectful. It is located in a good area, and I believe that anyone would enjoy this location. They have an arcade available, they have live casino games available, they have a lounge available, they have a mini Cafe available, and of course the bowling area.
Everything was so expensive from playing and ordering food. No music or night lights was played the time being we was there. Not even worth going to this place, better off somewhere else. Also bathroom was horrible, had to go to the second bathroom because the first one smelled so bad and had no paper towels to wash my hands.
